ABOUT NGIN
NQUIR has created, together with our technology partners, NGIN – a modular, scalable and highly flexible streaming media transcoding platform for creating, managing and hosting 3G video sites.
NGIN is packed with applications that enable interactive video streaming entertainment services over circuit-switched mobile networks (e.g. WCDMA/UMTS).
Most important, however, the video NGIN is handset and network agnostic. A single encoding server supports multiple output formats, which means that video sites work on any 3G handset, and are accessible through any 3G carrier network.
NQUIR’s video NGIN is available through three flexible ownership models that meet the needs and requirements of each of our clients:
- TRY IT – Fully managed: We offer end-to-end management of your mobile content service on NGIN, including billing, enabling you to concentrate on product sales and marketing.
- LIKE IT – ASP service solution: We manage NGIN on your behalf, eliminating the need for integration, and minimizing upfront investment costs.
- BUY IT – As a professional services firm, we advise, design and implement any video call portal solution for your company. You fully own, manage and evolve your video call service platform once we hand it over to you.
